（一）基層處理與骨架搭建?

在安裝彩鋼瓦之前，需對屋面或墻面基層進(jìn)行處理，確?；鶎悠秸?、干凈、無雜物。對于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)骨架，要嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計要求進(jìn)行焊接或螺栓連接，保證骨架的強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性。骨架間距應(yīng)根據(jù)彩鋼瓦的版型和規(guī)格合理確定，一般波浪形彩鋼瓦的骨架間距不宜超過 1.5 米 ，以確保彩鋼瓦能夠牢固固定，避免因間距過大導(dǎo)致變形或漏水。?

在彩鋼瓦安裝的細(xì)部節(jié)點，如屋脊、檐口、天溝、陰陽角等部位，要進(jìn)行特殊處理。屋脊處應(yīng)安裝專用的屋脊蓋板，確保密封嚴(yán)實；檐口處要設(shè)置滴水板，防止雨水順墻面流下；天溝要保證排水通暢，坡度不小于 2% ，并做好防水處理。安裝完成后，要對整個彩鋼瓦工程進(jìn)行全面驗收，檢查彩鋼瓦的鋪設(shè)是否平整、固定是否牢固、密封是否良好，如有問題及時整改，確保工程質(zhì)量。
