The production process of Jinan rock wool board embodies the integration of technical precision and environmental protection concepts. In the raw material ratio, basalt accounts for over 75%, ensuring that the product has stable chemical durability. The melting process adopts electric arc furnace heating technology, and the temperature is precisely controlled at 1500-1600 ℃, which ensures that the raw materials are fully melted and avoids excessive energy consumption. The fiber forming process involves high-speed rotation of a four roll centrifuge to spin the melt into fibers of 3-7 microns. The uniformity of fiber diameter directly affects the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the product.

By adding specialized hydrophobic agents, the water absorption rate of the product can be reduced to below 0.5%, and it can still maintain dimensional stability in humid environments. For the external insulation system of high-rise buildings, rock wool board needs to pass the wind pressure resistance test. The quality control system runs through the entire production process. Raw materials entering the factory need to be tested for the content of oxides such as SiO ? and Al ? O3 to ensure melting stability. The online monitoring system collects real-time parameters such as fiber diameter and slag ball content, and strictly controls the slag ball rate within 10%. The finished product testing covers 12 physical performance indicators, especially the tensile strength perpendicular to the surface direction, which needs to reach more than 10kPa to meet the requirements of the external wall insulation system.
