The treatment of the grassroots wall is very important. The base wall should be solid and flat, without any foreign objects, dirt, or other substances that may affect adhesion. The cleanliness and flatness of the wall surface are crucial for the subsequent adhesion of rock wool boards.

在粘貼巖棉板之前，先預(yù)貼折疊好的網(wǎng)格布。將300mm寬的耐堿網(wǎng)格布的翻網(wǎng)粘貼在絕緣端子處，確保壓好的巖棉板和翻網(wǎng)尺寸不小于100mm。將裁好的耐堿網(wǎng)格布條鋪在已經(jīng)抹好基層粘結(jié)砂漿上，用不銹鋼抹子均勻壓入膠粘劑中。這樣，網(wǎng)格布的剩余部分可被甩出，以備日后翻面使用。

Before pasting the rock wool board, pre apply the folded mesh cloth. Paste a 300mm wide alkali resistant mesh mesh at the insulation terminal, ensuring that the size of the pressed rock wool board and mesh is not less than 100mm. Lay the cut alkali resistant mesh cloth strip on the already plastered base bonding mortar, and use a stainless steel trowel to evenly press it into the adhesive. In this way, the remaining part of the grid cloth can be thrown out for future flipping use.

粘貼巖棉板時(shí)，需要先安裝鋁合金底座支架。使用支架釘將底座支架安裝在基層墻面上。巖棉保溫板的長度不應(yīng)超過1200mm，寬度不應(yīng)超過600mm。粘貼巖棉板時(shí)，膠粘劑應(yīng)涂抹在巖棉板的背面。在粘貼之前，要檢查巖棉板是否干燥、表面是否平整干凈，并且嚴(yán)禁使用潮濕、不平整或受污染的巖棉保溫板。

When pasting rock wool boards, it is necessary to first install an aluminum alloy base bracket. Install the base bracket on the base wall using bracket nails. The length of rock wool insulation board should not exceed 1200mm and the width should not exceed 600mm. When pasting rock wool boards, the adhesive should be applied to the back of the rock wool board. Before pasting, it is necessary to check whether the rock wool board is dry, whether the surface is flat and clean, and it is strictly prohibited to use damp, uneven, or contaminated rock wool insulation boards.

完成巖棉板的粘貼后，需要安裝地腳螺栓。在巖棉板用粘結(jié)砂漿預(yù)固定后，需等待24小時(shí)才能鉆孔安裝首批地腳螺栓。首批地腳螺栓的數(shù)量應(yīng)為設(shè)計(jì)地腳螺栓總數(shù)的30%。

After completing the pasting of the rock wool board, it is necessary to install the anchor bolts. After pre fixing the rock wool board with adhesive mortar, it is necessary to wait for 24 hours before drilling and installing the first batch of anchor bolts. The quantity of the first batch of anchor bolts should be 30% of the total number of designed anchor bolts.

接下來，進(jìn)行批量涂抹砂漿并掛網(wǎng)。在巖棉板粘貼后的1-2天內(nèi)，可以進(jìn)行抹灰保護(hù)層的施工。首先，在巖棉板上抹上2mm-3mm厚度的抹灰砂漿，并在濕潤時(shí)將其壓入耐堿網(wǎng)格布中。

Next, batch apply mortar and hang the mesh. Within 1-2 days after pasting the rock wool board, the construction of the plaster protective layer can be carried out. Firstly, apply a 2mm to 3mm thick plastering mortar on the rock wool board and press it into an alkali resistant mesh cloth when wet.

安裝第二批地腳螺栓和批面砂漿一般在12小時(shí)后進(jìn)行。當(dāng)砂漿稍干并能觸摸時(shí)，安裝第二批地腳螺栓，數(shù)量應(yīng)為設(shè)計(jì)地腳螺栓總數(shù)的70%。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的防水保溫效果，已安裝的錨固件應(yīng)分批涂刷表面砂漿，并對(duì)錨固件進(jìn)行全覆蓋。待砂漿干燥后，可進(jìn)行大面積抹灰砂漿的涂抹。施工結(jié)束后，需檢查抗裂保護(hù)層的平整度、垂直度以及陰陽角的方正情況，如有不符合要求的地方，需使用抹灰砂漿進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。

The installation of the second batch of anchor bolts and surface mortar is generally carried out after 12 hours. When the mortar is slightly dry and can be touched, install the second batch of anchor bolts, which should be 70% of the total number of designed anchor bolts. In order to achieve better waterproof and insulation effects, the installed anchors should be coated with surface mortar in batches and fully covered. After the mortar has dried, a large area of plastering mortar can be applied. After the construction is completed, it is necessary to check the flatness, verticality, and squareness of the anti crack protective layer. If there are any areas that do not meet the requirements, plaster mortar should be used for repair.
