一、原材料和生產(chǎn)工藝不同

1、 Different raw materials and production processes

玻璃棉原材料是玻璃為主，再按照適合的比例配加其它各種輔料混合后送入玻璃熔爐中充分融化再經(jīng)多道工序，完成固化過程、產(chǎn)品定型、定型后經(jīng)切割便成了預(yù)定產(chǎn)品，再進行包裝。

The raw material of glass wool is mainly glass, which is then mixed with various other auxiliary materials in a suitable proportion and sent to a glass furnace for full melting. After multiple processes, the curing process, product shaping, and cutting are completed to form the predetermined product, which is then packaged.

巖棉是由玄武石為主要原料，經(jīng)高溫熔融，由離心設(shè)備制成無機纖維后再加入特質(zhì)粘結(jié)劑和防塵油經(jīng)擺動帶鋪氈并通過一些設(shè)備改變纖維排列結(jié)構(gòu)，后經(jīng)固化定型而制成的新型輕質(zhì)保溫材料。

Rock wool is a new type of lightweight insulation material made from basalt as the main raw material, which is melted at high temperature and made into inorganic fibers by centrifugal equipment. It is then added with special binders and dustproof oil, laid on a swing belt, and the fiber arrangement structure is changed through some equipment. Finally, it is solidified and shaped.

二、產(chǎn)品性能不同

2、 Different product performance

玻璃棉比巖棉容量低、渣球含量少、導熱系數(shù)低、使用年限長、纖維韌性大。

Glass wool has lower capacity, less slag ball content, lower thermal conductivity, longer service life, and greater fiber toughness than rock wool.

二、產(chǎn)品用途不同

2、 Different product uses

玻璃棉一般用于低于200℃的保溫部位，多用于一般建筑物貨低溫管道的保溫，巖棉一般用于溫度在500℃的保溫部位，多用于高溫熱力管道和電力設(shè)備的保溫。

Glass wool is generally used for insulation parts below 200 ℃, and is mostly used for insulation of general buildings and low-temperature pipelines. Rock wool is generally used for insulation parts at a temperature of 500 ℃, and is often used for insulation of high-temperature thermal pipelines and power equipment.

三、產(chǎn)品容量不同

3、 Different product capacities

玻璃棉容重為10kg/m3-64kg/m3，巖棉容重為40kg/m3-200kg/m3，因此巖棉的機械強度大于玻璃棉，所以巖棉成為了現(xiàn)代外墻壁掛保溫防火的先選材料。

The unit weight of glass wool is 10kg/m3-64kg/m3, and the unit weight of rock wool is 40kg/m3-200kg/m3. Therefore, the mechanical strength of rock wool is greater than that of glass wool, making rock wool the first choice material for modern exterior wall insulation and fire prevention.

二、憎水性能不同

2、 Different hydrophobic properties

憎水性能也就是耐水滲透的一個性能指標。玻璃棉不會因為浸水和淋雨而破裂，被水浸泡后易行干燥，性能穩(wěn)定。巖棉被水浸泡后即會軟塌，性能喪失很多。

Hydrophobicity is also a performance indicator of water permeability resistance. Glass wool will not break due to immersion in water or rain, and it is easy to dry after being soaked in water, with stable performance. Rock wool will collapse and lose a lot of performance after being soaked in water.
