二、采用可燃材料（聚苯乙烯、聚氨酯等）作為芯材的金屬夾芯板材，火災(zāi)時易蔓延且難以撲救，產(chǎn)生大量有毒煙氣，應(yīng)以嚴(yán)格控制。

三、采用不燃材料（A級）作為芯材的金屬夾芯板材，可以應(yīng)用在建筑中的非承重外墻、房間隔墻和屋面板等部位，但應(yīng)滿足《建規(guī)》規(guī)定的對應(yīng)耐火極限要求（3.2.1、5.1.2）。具體說明如下：

這些部位要求具有較高的燃燒性能和耐火極限，不燃金屬夾芯板材的耐火極限受其夾芯材料的容重、填塞的密實(shí)度、金屬板的厚度及其構(gòu)造等影響，不同生產(chǎn)商的金屬夾芯板材的耐火極限差異較大且通常均較低，難以滿足相應(yīng)建筑構(gòu)件的耐火性能、結(jié)構(gòu)承載力及其自身穩(wěn)定性能的要求，因此不能采用金屬夾芯板材。

2、耐火等級為一、二級的建筑，其非承重外墻、房間隔墻等，不宜采用金屬夾芯板材。

依《建規(guī)》要求（3.2.1、5.1.2），這些部位的耐火極限要求較高，分別為不低于0.75h和0.50h，參照上述原因，也不宜采用金屬夾芯板材。確需采用時，夾芯材料應(yīng)為不燃材料（A級），且應(yīng)確保符合對應(yīng)構(gòu)件的耐火極限要求。

4、非上人屋面的屋面板，可以采用金屬夾芯板材。

5、對于上人屋面的屋面板，由于夾芯板材受其自身構(gòu)造和承載力的限制，無法達(dá)到《建規(guī)》相應(yīng)耐火極限要求，此類屋面不能采用金屬夾芯板材。
